With over 15 years in the IT industry, I have led engineering organisations, architected mission-critical systems, and founded technology ventures that create tangible value. As CTO at CB General Insurance Plc, I oversee the full technology lifecycle — from designing insurance core systems and cloud infrastructure to building and mentoring high-performing teams.
My approach blends strategic leadership with hands-on engineering. I believe the most impactful software comes from understanding both the technical depth and the business domain deeply — a principle I apply every day in insurtech and enterprise software.
